Mexican Restaurants, Scottsdale AZ

are a dime a dozen, but authentic “New” Mexican Restaurants in Scottsdale are not as easy to find.

Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard has the Best Mexican Food in Scottsdale. “New” Mexican that is…! Blue Adobe “Santa Fe” Grille, located in the Majestic Scottsdale Foothills of the McDowell Mountains just one mile South of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin Museum. Mexican Food, Scottsdale is easy to find, but come to our neighborhood and you will not be let down. Our Southeast Valley Neighbors (Mesa) will find easy access from the Bee Line Hwy…87. Blue Adobe Grille’s roots began in Mesa, June of 2000, and moved up to Scottsdale as the Blue Adobe “Santa Fe” Grille, in April of 2004.

Blue Adobe was founded by Chef/Owner Jose Leyva. Chef Leyva’s ability to deliver spice while maintaining incredible flavor is our great separator. We refer to this simultaneous combination as “A Flavorful Spice”. Chef Leyva’s New Mexican Masterpieces will ruin you for Traditional Mexican Food in Scottsdale.

What makes us Better than traditional Scottsdale Mexican Restaurants? Our Fire Wood Grille uses Pecan Wood and our Chilies are Hatch, Hatch, Hatch!

We also serve indigenous “New” Mexican Cuisine like Stacked Enchiladas, Red Chile Pork Posole, Carne Adovada, Soppapillas, in addition to Mexican Favorites. Lastly, everything is made in house accept for the Ketchup. The Heinz Family recipe is hard to beat.

I always tell our inquiring guests that the Blue Adobe “Santa Fe” Grille is like An American Grill in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Great Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Steaks and Sandwiches influenced by the Enchantment of New Mexico.

The Best Mexican Restaurant in Scottsdale, however you describe us, you will not be let down. Every day is an event at The Blue Adobe “Santa Fe” Grille with Live Blues on Thursday Nights and Solo Acoustical Music on Saturday Night. We also offer a different promotion every day like Wine & Dine Wednesday and Fresh Catch Fridays. Come early on Tuesday for Taco Tuesday….it fills up quickly. Bar and Patio Specials from 4 to 7pm are also offered daily.

Our Service Philosophy is simple but unique. Greet our guest in a timely fashion, pay attention and get them what they want, and last but not least, thank them for their business. If you think that is common, go to ten places tomorrow.
